These grab-and-go garlands are easy to hang, though we recommend enlisting the help of two people if you’re not confident. Simply hold the garland up in the desired position, mark where the hooks should go, and secure them to the wall. Use the attached stretchy balloons to tie the garland in place, and you’re all set for a beautiful display!
